Very easy to schedule appt for a same day. Was surprised by the fact that they are paperless and in order to view anything you have to download their app. It’s been 2 days and still no results, as for the medication you have to go on the appt and send it your self to the pharmacy otherwise you will not get it. Overall it was a good visit but it could have improved on some things for sure.

I was shocked to get such a huge bill which included $324 for an influenza test & Covid test. Outrageous pricing. The visit to a PA was $307. More than an MD for a rather short visit. I won’t be going back and will share this experience. I have good insurance. Going to Overlake in the future. Place was clean & easy to book online. I’m disputing the costs of the tests.
