It was somewhat difficult to schedule an appointment online. After I had picked a time, filled out the information and rechecked the form it said that time was no longer available. Did this twice. Called directly and was put on the waiting list. They text me when it was my turn, with enough lead time to make it to the office and only had to wait 10 minutes or so. All went smoothly from there. I would recommend doing it how I did especially if you are uncomfortable in the waiting room setting.

This was my best experience ever at any Urgent Care. Great customer service by all the staff!

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I went in because I've had a sore throat and fever all week and have been exposed to my live in partner who came down with strep. He had gone in and the instant test was negative, but a week later the lab came back positive. I told them all this. My lab was also negative. Well, thanks to a mix up where they'd entered my name with an error, the lab discarded my test results and wouldn't process them. I spent all morning today using my sore throat to argue with them. They wanted me to come back and re-test... I don't have energy to keep going to the doctor and spending all day for things I did yesterday. The whole thing is ridiculous... what a waste of time.

Woke up with a sore throat and cough. Called to see if I could get in.  When I arrived was put on the waiting list.  Wasn’t too bad a wait, maybe an hour.

I scheduled an appointment for first thing in the morning and had a good experience with staff at all levels. Definitely would recommend this clinic and plan to use them again if needed.
