Scheduling was alright and fairly forward. Wait was a little long though, but I understand that there is multiple patients ahead of me and only so many people to attend to them. Check in was okay as well and staff were very polite. They put a lot of effort into the care.

Needed a physical for an upcoming physical test for a job. Called, went in same day. Quick, low cost. Highly recommend.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

Woke up with a back ache Sunday morning pass and I couldn't walk so I went to the clinic Tuesday morning and they really took care of me right away and I was so happy and I would recommend this clinic and doctor to anyone.

Didn’t make an appointment but it was smooth and simple to get in line and take care of paperwork. Very good experience that I can simply walk in and get answers while also feeling terribly sick.
