Scheduling appt was easy, wait time after arriving was an hour after scheduled appt time. Once brought into exam room everything was addressed in an appropriate amount of time and received results quickly. Staff were all nice but would appreciate if they could update people in waiting room when they are running late and what the expected wait time is for people waiting to be seen

Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

Got out of work early yesterday and remember that I had ran out of medicine. figured I just swing by no phone call no appointment. Was very Pleasant. In-N-Out in 30 minutes. Very easy!

Do not honor scheduling time Took walk in before me even though I was there at my appointment time

All were helpful and courteous. Wait time was minimal. PA was excellent as was the doctor.

I made an appointment this morning for 10am. I was called within 15mins of arrival. The staff was amazing and figured out what I had quickly. I would highly recommend this location.

Im always pleased with the efficiency and thorough attention and care I received. No wait time and staff is very patient in answering questions and explaining the POC.

Repeat blood work, it was a wonderful experience. Check in was fast, I got called in the back, less then 10 minutes. The staff of course is always a pleasure to be around.

The girls at the desk are doing the best they can in a really tough situation they were so pleasant and so nice gave complete information. My only concern was that we were all going in for Covid testing and you had to login manually on an iPad that no one cleaned between patients. There was a bottle of hand sanitizer if you choose to use it. One patient walked in without a mask until she realized it - so the exposure level is probably very high.

From scheduling an appointment to getting treated all proceeded smoothly. The staff were very friendly.

Woke up with stuffy nose, booked an appointment and was in and out in 30 mins. Everyone was very kind and professional.

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

Great as always. Speedy and efficient. Feels like a regular doctor. Highly recommend.
