The staff was very welcoming and saw me promptly. The doctor spent considerable time and answered my questions clearly and thoroughly. The entire visit was actually enjoyable.

I made an appointment for 6:40 arrived at 6:25 I did not get seen until 7:15 although the office was very busy I didn't expect to have to wait that long with an appointment I must say though the doctor was extremely friendly and so was the staff my son tested positive for covid and he sat and went over everything that he possibly could with us I have to say I appreciate how kind and nice the doctor was it made the wait a lot better and how good he was with my son who has no patience he's 8 years old... Great office I just wish they went by appointment time or what's the point of making one !!!!

Took my teen daughter and I have to say service was great and the facility was immaculately clean and neat.

Half way through my appointment, the fire alarm went off. We all had to be evacuated. I had been putting my appointment off for the issue for a year. I finally scheduled it, and boom... you gotta go (lol). It wasn't their fault though. Other than that, I was very pleased with everything.

Woke up with stuffy nose, booked an appointment and was in and out in 30 mins. Everyone was very kind and professional.

I felt that Sherry, the NP I saw, was very thorough and thoughtful about my diagnosis and recommendations for treatment. Would definitely recommend Carbon Health and thank them for their services.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

Repeat blood work, it was a wonderful experience. Check in was fast, I got called in the back, less then 10 minutes. The staff of course is always a pleasure to be around.

I woke up this morning with a sore throat, I arrived and check in was super easy. Staff was friendly, I had to wait a little longer but it was much easier than making an appointment at my doctors office and having to wait days. This was quicker and easier, highly recommend!
