I made an appointment for 6:40 arrived at 6:25 I did not get seen until 7:15 although the office was very busy I didn't expect to have to wait that long with an appointment I must say though the doctor was extremely friendly and so was the staff my son tested positive for covid and he sat and went over everything that he possibly could with us I have to say I appreciate how kind and nice the doctor was it made the wait a lot better and how good he was with my son who has no patience he's 8 years old... Great office I just wish they went by appointment time or what's the point of making one !!!!

The staff was very welcoming and saw me promptly. The doctor spent considerable time and answered my questions clearly and thoroughly. The entire visit was actually enjoyable.

Everyone was incredibly efficient and friendly. I will be returning if I have another medical concern.

I didn’t have to wait long, after I filled out the forms I was called in right away,every one was so patient with me, the Dr. sent my prescription to the pharmacy and they helped me a lot. Now I can bend my knee, which I couldn’t do before. Thanks

Dr. Laddis is the man. We also see him for urgi care matters regarding my daughter and she absolutely adores him. In my opinion, kids have the best gage for good people and Dr Laddis is definitely one of them. We love the entire staff and ALWAYS appreciate you guys ❤️

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.
