I didn’t have an appointment, the staff was very friendly & accommodating. My wait time was minimal. The PA was thorough in her explanations, I didn’t feel rushed. An overall good experience.

Went for Earwax removal, Doc said he cannot help becase he does not have tools to remove EARWAX, was charged and asked to go to ENT doctor. Doctor was no help at all.

I was very put off by the fact you have to leave a credit card on file! I am very uncomfortable with doing that in this day and age! Receptionist honestly had no warmth… behind the desk personality and seemed robotic! NO other urgent care DEMANDS this… Back office was Amazing… X-ray tech awesome.. Alison PA(?) or dr. Was fantastic! Care great! On a side note I had trouble with the billing dept. when this was under another name! Not sure if the same person heads this up now but she was nasty! I will probably go to City Med as they have a much better system up front!

I love this locations, from the ladies in the office to the providers. They are what urgent means and the level of care is top tier

Doctor was wonderful. Wait time was short. Diagnosed me immediately. Got antibiotics and feeling better already. Highly recommend
