Everything was great but I was the last patient on a Friday night and my prescription never made it to the pharmacy; I even checked back the next morning. But there was no one to call at your office so I had to go to another clinic with weekend hours just to get the antibiotics I came to you for.

Scheduled online before driving there.  I was taken in as soon as I arrived and the provider saw me in minutes.  15 minutes visit.

Have weekly appts with Dr. Marshall for an ongoing condition. Scheduling easy, check in great. Dr. Marshall has great bedside manner & is working hard to resolve my condition. Highly recommend him.

Scheduling appointments and communication with my Primary Care Physician is next to impossible and I think she is wonderful. Whenever I call the main number, I must navigate my way to get a live person to answer. Whenever I leave your voice message, I NEVER get a returned phone call. If this situation does not improve, I will be forced to find another care provider.  Your physicians and staff members are very well aware of the problem. You need to fix it!

Finally, I was coughing with phlegm, very congested, the doctor just told me to wash my nose with saline, nothing at all.

I was having some breathing issues over the previous three days upon going to the clinic I walked in and was helped right away the aids we’re great and the doctor that took care of me was fabulous she helped me tremendously and I left being able to breath with prescriptions to help with the problem I’ve been going there for the past 4 years and always a pleasure

I was a new patient and had a 230 appointment....I expected to be there a while....but not 2 hrs! I did t get seen until 315! The dr and staff were very nice! But it took way to long!
