I had to wait longer than I expected ( about 1/2 hour) but only because a family of three signed in before me. But, it was worth the wait! The practitioner listened to me. She asked several questions about my symptoms and was able to diagnose me accurately. She prescribed an antibiotic for a sinus infection and suggested a decongestant for the fluid in my ears. I was feeling better in a few days!

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

Experience exceeded my expectations. The friendliness of front desk staff and medical assistant was excellent. Was seen in a timely manner and felt confident that the care given was appropriate. Yes, a 5 star review.
