I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Luckily, The office was not overwhelmed with patients. There were 3 or 4 people in front of me and I think the wait time was very reasonable under those circumstances. Staff were helpful, and understanding. First class operation. I tried teledoc but there was too much of a delay in getting tested before receiving a prescription. I needed help NOW, not next week after the test results. Ouch took care of everything in my case. They can do SOME testing right there with very little waiting. Everything was completed here. All I had to do was pick up the script after my visit. This varies depending on your issue but common sense is a good guide. Ouch is first class.

First time patients, my family and I needed a COVID test. We had made an appointment at CVS, and when we arrived we were told we couldn’t take the tests. PM Pediatrics was quick to help us out. The staff was friendly and helpful and we are able to get our results the same day. I would recommend PM Pediatrics to others, and my wife and I would certainly bring our son back for urgent care.

I had a slight fever , headache, body aches, congestion, coughing. I looked at other options for flu and CoVid testing but couldn’t get it done for several days. Called Ouch! Urgent care on recommendation of primary care physician’s office staff. I called and was told all appointments were full for today but to get in and I would be tested. When I arrived I called and was told to move to Cone 2. I sat in car and registered. Staff came and got my cards and later did nasal swab. Great service!

I am very happy with my visit. I only waited to be seen for about 5 minutes. I had all the blood pressure, temp, etc. in less than two minutes after being in the exam room. Everything moved along quickly. The doctor came in we, talked for a couple of minutes, and then sent a prescription to the pharmacy and I was on my way. I left within 40 minutes after I arrived. I left out that they ran a urine test and put it under a microscope in that 40 minute period. Good job everyone. Thank you for your service!!!!!

I should have come to PM Pediatrics in Parkville a long time ago! Everyone knows exactly how to treat their patients and family correctly. From nurse Bianca, to Dr. Klein and the M.A who directed us to our room (I really wish I got her name), you are all awesome. It renewed my confidence in urgent care after having a horrible experience at Patient First. My only suggestion is that specimens be labeled before leaving the patient's room but I know you handle those test with utmost care to avoid mixed up. I am glad there is an alternative place that patients can choose in our area. I will definitely drive a little further out to get the care my children deserved.

We had to wait a long time (around 45 min after our appt time), but only because there was only one woman doing the Covid tests by herself. It was so obvious how hard she was working. She was running around hustling in the rain with people trying to wave IDs in her face and she was still the absolute nicest person ever. I wish we had gotten her name. She was working at the New Hampshire Ave location in Silver Spring, MD on Wed 12/29/21 in the evening (we were there approx 5:45pm-6:45pm). She deserves a raise and so much more!!!

The facility was very clean and the check in process was quick. There was no one else in the waiting room so we were seen pretty quickly. The nurse was very kind and reassuring during her visit. However, the dr came in and spent a total of 2 mins examining my daughter. Her exam wasn’t thorough at all and I don’t believe my daughter received the best care she could’ve. We were there because my daughter has a sore throat. The nurse took a sample to test for Covid but the dr didn’t test her for strep which I would think is pretty standard. We’re both anxious to receive her results in the meantime but our visit with the dr left much to be desired. There was no one else there so I have no idea why she rushed the exam.

In love with the doctor. She explained things thoroughly and made me feel like she cared about me and my care. The one thing that made my visit bad was the receptionist woman. She was adamant about me only getting one covid test (antigen or pcr) even though I asked for both and told her I was told to do both. The doctor ended up asking me for both so I got both in the end but it would have been nice to have it done from the beginning if the receptionist girl wasn’t so stubborn on her ways. She had an attitude that made the whole experience less pleasant.

I am impressed with Your Doc’s In. The checkin was short and simple. Then I received a text with how many people were ahead of me. Once I was called back to a room. The nurse immediately took my vitals. The doctor was in within 5 minutes. After examining and asking questions he decided he needed to send me to the hospital for tests for a blood clot. He had me stay in the room until he called ahead to let them know we were coming. All personnel were very friendly. I will definitely use them again

Came in for Covid test, was given normal Covid test to be sent out. I advised that due to my wife’s position in health care that she couldn’t return to work until I received negative results. The Doctor came in spoke with me, checked me over and agreed to a rapid test which came out negative. I appreciate the excellent service and discussion with the doc and staff.

This was my second time to visit this Ouch facility and went in just to have a Covid test done after being possibly exposed. Even though I didn't enter into building, the staff was very punctual as for my appointment time and came out to my car to do test and swab my nose. Also was very happy and surprised to see a very familiar face on your staff who previously worked at my primary care doctor's office. Great visit, great staff members and great professional, quick time services being rendered.

Dr Inman is always a pleasure. The RN was friendly, fast and efficient. However the front desk person was horrible. When I arrived she didn’t say “Hi...How can I help you”- NOTHING! I told her my name, and that I was there for a Covid test. She replied “we don’t have Covid tests”. I had to ask a lot of questions to figure out if I could be seen or not. When I questioned her she got very defensive and said “The sign is posted right there”. I couldn’t hear her through the mask, so I said I’m sorry I can’t hear you. She LOUDLY spoke up. Very unprofessional. Acted as if I was a bother.

The office at the south end of Salisbury is where I go. They are amazing. I have had top notch treatment every time I have had to go. I usually call ahead to see how busy they are and try to go when it’s not crowded. I have honestly only had one experience that I didn’t particularly care for the care provider and I have gone many times. One of my visits was the day before Christmas Eve snd I was having sharp severe pain. The practitioner ordered several tests to evaluate my issue snd had each one labeled stat. I was lucky that he did because it was discovered that I was having an issue with diverticulitis which could have become very serious without the right treatment. I highly recommend

Dr was very respectful. I went for a rapid COVID I called ahead and was told it would be $65. The doctor asked me if I had already paid I told him I was asymptomatic but he went ahead and checked my heart lungs and ears. Just hoping that I don’t get charge for a full assessment when I went in for a rapid Covid test that I needed for work and nothing else. I told him I was fully well. Asymptomatic.

My 2 kids needed covid testing due to a potential exposure at daycare. I booked online appointments half an hour apart, and arrived a bit early - 20 minutes before the first appointment. They were able to check us in straightaway and take both kids simultaneously. We were out the door in just about 30 minutes, including time to get lollipops and admire the fun paintings. The staff were all so kind and friendly, they made the process as easy as possible. It was our first time at PM Pediatrics, and it’s easy to see why they are so highly recommended.

The staff is courteous and kind!! I did schedule an appointment and was seen earlier than my scheduled appointment time. No complaints on waiting time. I expected a wait!! However, the cleanliness needs to be of higher standard. In sitting in examining room in a chair the examining table required a deep clean. Examining room floor looked dirty. Therefore, I didn’t have a good vibe on cleanliness. Also, when informing staff I was there for a Covid test I was told they would call me up when ready. I indicated I was not comfortable to sit in the waiting room (which was crowded) and ask to sit in my car and please call my cell. I understood anyone with Covid symptoms should wait in their car.

The front desk check in person was not particularly friendly. This not my first interaction with her, Celeste. She gathers the necessary information and is rather robotic about it. Not incredibly welcoming. (I’ve been to PM on several occasions for COVID testing since out Pediatrician’s office does not test at all for COVID.) The nurse, Roy, who worked with us at this most recent visit on 9/18/21) walked right in the room, apologized for our wait, but barely made eye contact with myself or my child and then had his back to us while he asked all of the intake questions. He was not warm or attempting to be reassuring to my 7 year old who was clearly nervous to be seen/examined. The doctor we saw was fine and I have no specific objections or concerns. I have been to PM before and really enjoyed the providers (Dr. Mordechai-forgive me because I forget his last name and nurse Amanda. They have been exceptional!) I fully realize that the staff I BUSY given this pandemic but I do have better expectations for an improved beside manner and interactions with families. I, myself, am a pediatric provider so I know what it feels like to be exhausted and still have to work, but you still owe a level of kindness, compassion and warmth in your exchanges with patients and families…especially children.

Ms Colbiurn was very professional and polite. Explained the process with detail. When seen by the the person that administered my test(cant remember her name) she was great and explain the difference between a rapid text verses sending it out. The nurse practitioner was very nice as well. This was my first time using Your Docs in and my experience was a very pleasant and professional

This place is fantastic! The staff was top notch and took great care of my son when he was very sick. The fact that they are able to do blood and urine tests onsite and that they had the right equipment and the ability to give fluids through an IV was key. Much better than having to go to an ER! Will definitely come again if needed.

This visit was SO easy! We were able to stay in the car to get my three kids tested for Covid. The nurse came out within two minutes of us pulling up- she was so kind and friendly and really put my kids at ease. Couldn’t give her a high enough rating- she was wonderful. She answered questions confidently and did her job quickly and well. I would highly recommend OUCH to others. Check-in was quick and easy. Booked online.

Kitzmiller Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
