I’ve been sick all week with cough  my daughter said I should come . So my grandson took me. It was fast and great going there there took care of my health quick got the shot I needed .. From the moment we stepped in to the moment we walked out, it was a pleasant visit. The girl who took my daughter’s vitals was very nice, very attentive, and the Dr was a sweetheart!!!! Totally recommend!!! The man at the front desk was so nice to pause a movie to give my daughter the title so we could continue it at home. The girl at the front desk nicely explained how the ticket validation went in order for them to be successful. Zero complaints!!!

I was referred to "AME" Medical Group Urgent Care by my health insurance provider member services representative, since my primary care physician wasn't able to set an appointment for an office visit for me until sometime in Jan. 2025 (more than a month long wait). I was able to do a same day walk-in appointment at "AME" within an hour of calling their medical office to check their office hours. Aleta had me do a quick self check-in via solvhealth app. Dr. Khanlou was great! He asked a few questions regarding my health issue and made a diagnosis and ordered the medications I needed immediately and arranged for me to pick up the Rx's at my preferred neighborhood pharmacy.

I was able to get a Telehealth appointment the same day from the awesome front desk scheduling ladies (thank you) and the doctor was able to update my my referrals right away. The front desk people immediately sent my referrals to be processed. I would recommend this office to anyone who wants high quality, immediate service!
