From scheduling an appointment to getting treated all proceeded smoothly. The staff were very friendly.

Woke up with stuffy nose, booked an appointment and was in and out in 30 mins. Everyone was very kind and professional.

Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

Scheduling, Check-in, Staff, & Care were all excellent. This facility is highly recommendable!

1st time here was expecting to be here forever ! We were .in and out in less then 20 min!!! .the apt was for my sick 7 year old so it was amazing !! And it's 8 min from my house ! Takes all insurance which is awsome also!!

It’s pointless to offer online appointments to make people wait for hours. I won’t be coming back

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

Simple from beginning to end. Online portal easy to schedule. Got I’m just in time. All the nurses and practitioners were lovely and helpful.

This is my second time visiting this facility and I have only good things to say about it. The staff is wonderful. I got the same doctor twice, which is very nice and she is awesome.
