The medical team helped me in every way possible, now i’m waiting on a diagnosis. Was told it would be an hour wait to see a doctor but it only took 25 min.

Called close to opening was told there was approximately 3.5 hr wait but they would be happy to text with my ETA. Walked in the clinic immediately greeted and saw the doctor less than 8 minutes later. Walked out with RX quickly. Great service all around. Definitely would come back again.

Staff was professional, friendly. They didn’t rush but each was present, as in focused, on me.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. Easy online booking.  Check in was seamless. Waiting area is clean and pleasant.  Staff are all friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful, which is really appreciated when you are sick.  I would absolutely recommend this facility.

The doctor was very condescending. While trying to explain my sons complex Medical history and issues he turn and looks at my son then looks at me and asked if my son could not speak. That was extremely disrespectful and inappropriate

I called due to my son having ear pain- they were booked up but scheduled me for the afternoon and said I could still try walking in. I got there and they very quickly checked me in and got us seen in under 5 minutes. The Dr did not keep us waiting for more than 5-10 minutes and was able to diagnose and get us out quickly. The dr was amazing with my 5 year old and made jokes and made it fun for him. They listened to our concerns and requests and I am very grateful for them! I would recommend anyone check them out.

Woke up with the symptoms of a UTI and went straight to urgent care and got on the waiting list. I was seen early due to cancellations and I was in and out in what felt like 15 minutes. The doctor, nurses, and staff were so friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable, and made my experience the best it could be considering the circumstances. If I need care in the future, Indigo in Milton is at the top of my list!
