I was able to schedule an appointment the same day.  I fell down some stairs.  I had X-rays done and the NP was very knowledgeable. She faxed in 2 prescriptions for me.  This happened yesterday.  Someone was supposed to call me today after the X-rays were read but I haven’t heard from anyone so far.

Was so impressed with the entire process. I called out of the blue, was sent a link, chose a time, booked, was immediately seen, and given an x-ray and perfect guidance.

Woke up & told my husband we need to go to Urgent Care and get better.  No waiting, did an online check in.  It was fast.  Cinnamon was our caregiver.  She listened to our concerns, made a recommendation, and had us on our way to CVS.  Good experience. Definitely A+ service.

I had been feeling sick for 2 days & I was able to do a walk in appointment on Friday evening 11/22/24. A Very friendly young lady at the desk took down my info & let me wait in the comfort of my own vehicle. Nurse called & took down more patient info and was told to come on in, she was very polite, & understanding of me feeling under the weather. The Dr. (Ms Lange) came in & made me feel at ease & that I was in good hands. All of the staff were friendly, comforting & professional. Would highly recommend Springfield Urgent Care! Needed a Tb Shot got it did the paperwork fast I sat down 4 minutes and was already called to the back! From the front desk service to the Nurse that was assigned to me they was great loved it and it was a quick and easy process!! Would HIGHLY Recommend this provider!!!!
