Received a follow up call and was given other medications and now on the mend! We’ve been coming here for a few years now.

Everyone was very kind. The wait time was short. Once I was in the room everything moved along at a good pace. The technician and nurse explained everything well. I would return anytime.

Needed a Tb Shot got it did the paperwork fast I sat down 4 minutes and was already called to the back! From the front desk service to the Nurse that was assigned to me they was great loved it and it was a quick and easy process!! Would HIGHLY Recommend this provider!!!!

Brita and Caroline the PA were amazing! They were very efficient. I love how clean the facility was. I would recommend these two ladies and your urgent care to anyone. I work in the medical field and I was very impressed. The only thing I would recommend would be wheel chair accessible doors. There should be a push button for entrance and exit. Overall I give this place a 10 out of 10

Visit was pleasant and fast. Didn't catch the ladies name at the front desk but she was fantastic! Absolutely loved her energy! She administered my tetanus shot and I barely felt it which is good cause I don't like needles! Best doctor visit ever! PA was real good too. I will be going back. My last visit was awesome to. I got what I needed, quick trip and excellent service!

Made an appointment and checked in on line. Got there and was seen immediately.

Wait time was short. Staff was friendly and helpful. This was my first visit to the Walk-in clinic. I will use this service in the future if necessary.

This was my second visit to this location.  I was happy to have the online scheduling option and the screen in the waiting room showing I needed to check in.  The staff is VERY friendly, prompt and courteous.   I have recommended this office to others and have been told they were glad they went there.  Thank you for opening one in our neighborhood.

The receptionist and the PA on duty for the day were awesome. The check in process was effortless and I was seen very quickly. The attention to detail referenced my visit and the care provided. I am visiting relatives from out of state and was welcomed with a smile and staff resolved my issues quickly. Cleanliness of the facility, everything had its place and staff worked well together. I started feeling like I had a UTI and it was getting late in the evening. Springfield Urgent Care was open until 9 p.m., so I went there for the first time.  The staff were very friendly and understanding and I was in and out in an hour.  I would recommend them for your urgent care needs.

They were super friendly. We had to go in for a blood draw and was very pleased with them. My niece has high anxiety and felt comfortable there as well.
