I started with a sore throat last Tuesday, next day a scratchy throat, days after that coughing, congestion.  I was afraid it would  go into my chest.  Scheduled appointment online, no wait time at the office.  The receptionist, to the nurse that call me in, to the doctor coming in to see me, all were professional, pleasant, and listened to me.  I always go to this urgent care location.

My daughter has a pink eye so I took her in and the wait time and quality care was amazing

Dr. Was so amazing, she seems very concern. She was the only Dr. and she was not rushing at all. She explain everything.

Staff was very kind. The check-in process was fast and I was seen by the doctor relatively quickly.

Although the staff were professional, it seemed like safety protocol may have been lacking. When checked, it was observed that gloves were not worn. Also, it seemed that gloves weren't changed between me and another patient. Staff came in with gloves on. The attending doctor checked me and readily prescribed medication without knowing any of my medical background. That could be detrimental to patients' health and safety. After I was checked, then my vitals were checked and I was asked about my medical history. I hope that it will be addressed better in the future.

Did not schedule an appointment,was a walk-in but receive prompt service and was in and out in about 30 minutes. Great service , would definitely recommend.

I went in with pain in my ear and was able to get though so quick, good place to go with severe pain.

I was too sick to remember who my nurse and doctor was but they got me in and out quickly and they were very sweet.

Doctor covered all the possible symptoms and treatments that I may be provided.

Love this location for me and my daughter ! Wait time was good and staff is super friendly!

I always recommend this business when people ask for a walk-in, the staff is so friendly, I never have a long wait time ever! The Doctor there are attentive and really listen to you and take the time to explain everything in detail, I have been seen by Dr Anna and she is GREAT, her bedside manner is awesome! I never feel rushed or not heard, never had a bad experience here ever.. five stars from me!

Being a RN for 50 years I must say the Immediate Care office at Wick Plaza in Edison is outstanding! From the friendly & courteous front staff to the excellent care of Dr Christine Ibrahim. It’s so wonderful how Dr Ibrahim is so knowledgeable & caring. This is rare these days. In the recent past I’ve had doctors who are more concerned with the computer than the patient. I must say Dr Ibrahim is an asset to your corporation. I’ve worked in ICU & ran 2 huge practices in my experience. Dr. Ibrahim would definitely be a must hire in my opinion. Thank you for hiring suck a kind & competent Doctor!!!
