Walked in without an appointment so I can’t complain too much about the wait (about two hours). Desk employees, nurse, and NP were all very nice and had no issue answering all my questions. I would return.

I just walked-in and managed to check-in and see a practitioner at that same time. I only paid the co-payment of my insurance policy and I provided my health insurance policy information. This place is the best urgent care to go to when you’re not feeling well. I took my granddaughter there and they took her in right away. Been there many times, you never have to wait hours like other places make you do. Staff is very friendly and the doctors are great!!

I was mostly happy besides that they took an 'overnight' throat culture of my daughter. It's 24 hours later and I still don't have results... Had i known it would take 2 days to get results from their overnight cultures I would have gone elsewhere. Please let your patients know that it may take 2 days to get results so they can make a decision if they'd like to go elsewhere.
