My wait time was short and the staff is great/ amazing hospitality. The provider was amazing and helped me with my issue for that visit; I would recommend to everyone. I don’t live too close to this location but I will definitely be coming back because of how I was welcomed and treated.

The check in with the computer and then the phone is horrible. My phone would keep starting over. I was the only person there but I had to ask for a paper to check myself in. By the time I was giving the paper three people were coming in and done checking in which pushed me back on being seen

The doctor was the best I was there previously and she’s the same great doctor every time

Dr. Laddis is the man. We also see him for urgi care matters regarding my daughter and she absolutely adores him. In my opinion, kids have the best gage for good people and Dr Laddis is definitely one of them. We love the entire staff and ALWAYS appreciate you guys ❤️

I went to my primary care doctor for a regular checkup and mentioned my ears were still bad.  She did not have the availability to syringe my ears so I went to Urgent Care.  The wait was acceptable and I was more than happy with the service provided.

This is the first time I have been to this urgent care. The nurse practitioner that I saw was knowledgeable, smart, helpful, answered all my questions and REALLY listened to my concerns and feelings. It's one of the first urgent care that I've been to where the facks are presented in front off you and you are asked to for the options that best suit you, in decisiding your own care. Even at checkout, the young lady at the front desk was very helpful and kind. I hope I don't need too, but if I do, I will be back to this urgent care, they were really great.

I had a good experience visiting them with my 11-year-old it was sick right away. I said he was wheezing have problems with his asthma right away. They took him in. I thought that was a plus I recommend them. They are very professional, thank you.🙏🏻

Was able to get a same day morning appointment to follow up on a lingering cold. Booked appointment easily online. All staff I interacted with were professional, efficient and very nice. I felt that Sherry, the NP I saw, was very thorough and thoughtful about my diagnosis and recommendations for treatment. Would definitely recommend Carbon Health and thank them for their services.

I went in to schedule an appointment but they were able to take me right away. The staff was very helpful, friendly and competent.  I checked in easily and my problem was resolved quickly.  The techs explained each step of the treatment and gave me advice on avoiding reoccurrence.
