I started with a sore throat last Tuesday, next day a scratchy throat, days after that coughing, congestion.  I was afraid it would  go into my chest.  Scheduled appointment online, no wait time at the office.  The receptionist, to the nurse that call me in, to the doctor coming in to see me, all were professional, pleasant, and listened to me.  I always go to this urgent care location.

My daughter has a pink eye so I took her in and the wait time and quality care was amazing

This urgent care is quick, efficient and has the most caring people working there. Second time going here and had a pleasant experience here wouldn’t go anywhere else because the staff and the doctors made me feel at ease.

Staff was very kind. The check-in process was fast and I was seen by the doctor relatively quickly.

Dr. Was so amazing, she seems very concern. She was the only Dr. and she was not rushing at all. She explain everything.

I was too sick to remember who my nurse and doctor was but they got me in and out quickly and they were very sweet.

Although the staff were professional, it seemed like safety protocol may have been lacking. When checked, it was observed that gloves were not worn. Also, it seemed that gloves weren't changed between me and another patient. Staff came in with gloves on. The attending doctor checked me and readily prescribed medication without knowing any of my medical background. That could be detrimental to patients' health and safety. After I was checked, then my vitals were checked and I was asked about my medical history. I hope that it will be addressed better in the future.

Did not schedule an appointment,was a walk-in but receive prompt service and was in and out in about 30 minutes. Great service , would definitely recommend.

I went in with pain in my ear and was able to get though so quick, good place to go with severe pain.

Chai Urgent Care in the Jackson Heights shopping center, is a very well run place. The very professional staff is caring and respectful. I would go back without any hesitation.

Staff doctors everyone is so nice

I was the first appointment of the day for  job drug testing. In and out in 10 minutes. Staff was cordial (not super peppy, but it was also morning). The bathroom needs an update. Everything considered, I am satisfied.

Everything about this place but mainly the staff is what makes this place great. I was taken aback at how great of service I received. The staff were friendly professional prompt and timely. If you could give them a raise or some type of merit bonus you should because this type of service in this neighborhood is very rare.
