Booked a 4:00 appointment but waited 50 minutes. Everyone was very nice. But, the bathroom had a bunch of red residue from tape or something else all over

I made an appointment this morning and it was easy and the staff and provider was so nice and no waiting.  Very comfortable.

I was able to get a same day appointment and had no wait when I arrived. I received very thorough treatment from the medical assistant and the doctor who saw and diagnosed my symptoms. They gave me clear instructions and prescriptions. I’m so glad this Urgent Care is in our Sonoma community. They bring immediate professional medical care, covered by our insurance to our town.

My knee has progressively gotten worse. I scheduled an appointment and was taken in within 5 minutes of my arrival. Staff was very friendly.  NP Watipaso was thorough in the check up and listened to my concerns. What impressed me was I was seen the same day! I walked out with meds , instructions on how to take care of my knee with complete confidence. Thank you so much.

Due to our unforeseen scheduling error, we didn't have an appointment at that time, but she said we could wait in case she could fit us in between patients, even though they were fully booked. The wait time was a little bit long, but they were able to wrap my sprained ankle and provide me with crutches in an out within one hour.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
