First time here and everyone was super friendly and the facility is really clean. I decided to come here due to symptoms of a sinus infection. I love how easy it was to make an appt, especially same day! I also saw a sign that they take walk ins. Overall great experience!

Doctor Rogers Peter is an amazing doctor. He listened carefully to my concerns and provided excellent care. The staff was friendly caring and helpful.I would highly recommend the doctor to anyone.

Had great service there. The staff were quick, friendly, and efficient. I was very thankful at the time for there treatment in helping me to get better.

So I’m like 100% sure I have either the flu or Covid. I came in here only because I have an infant my older boys I’ve had Covid in the flu. My baby is only one and a half so I didn’t want to get swabbed for Covid and the flu the PA who was working I believe his name was Jeremy obviously did not want to do any testing again. I have an infant. I don’t feel like sitting in an urgent care for 12+ hours nor do I feel like having my infant hospitalized due to Covid and or the flu so I had to walk my ass back to the Carbon health to tell them I wanted to get swabbed for Covid and the flu. It’s a little bit annoying that I come out of my way and pay for a visit when I don’t get anything done all he tested me for was strep and I knew I didn’t have strep. He did not listen to any of my concerns and or symptoms He sat there and said that everything seems to be revolving around my throat hurting, which was not the case I never once said that the nurse Lulu was amazing. She helped me and she also did my swab test.

I schedule my appointments online, I’m always checked in on time, amazing friendly staff that will not rush you, and actually cares for their patients. The providers are kind and patient. This eastvale location specifically is top tier.

Dr. Colin & PT/PA Lauren? Were wonderful. Appt was at 4:15pm, 10/31z. Kudos to staff on duty.

The nurse practitioner was able to help me. She was professional and friendly.

I’ve been sick all week with cough  my daughter said I should come . So my grandson took me. It was fast and great going there there took care of my health quick got the shot I needed .. I was able to get a Telehealth appointment the same day from the awesome front desk scheduling ladies (thank you) and the doctor was able to update my my referrals right away. The front desk people immediately sent my referrals to be processed. I would recommend this office to anyone who wants high quality, immediate service!

Dr Watkins is the best! She very thoughtfully and professional. She listens and hears everything I was saying . Need more like her.
