I was referred to "AME" Medical Group Urgent Care by my health insurance provider member services representative, since my primary care physician wasn't able to set an office visit for me until sometime in Jan. 2025 (more than a month long wait). I was able to do a same day walk-in appointment at "AME" within an hour of calling their medical office to check their office hours. Aleta had me do a quick self check-in via solvhealth app. Dr. Khanlou was great! He asked a few questions regarding my health issue and made a diagnosis and ordered the medications I needed immediately and arranged for me to pick up the Rx's at my preferred neighborhood pharmacy. I highly recommend Dr. Khanlou. He is very nice and provides the best patient care!

Was looking for a new place after moving, and I will definitely be coming back! From the front staff to the MA to the PA, all my questions were answered with respect. I was a walk in and didn’t wait as long as I had thought, Their online presence makes this place easy to navigate and schedule and view medical records.

The wait was over 2 hours. I thought I had scheduled an appointment, but I guess I was considered a walk- in.

I was very disappointed because my appointment was for an x-ray and the x-ray machine was broken and has been for some time. No one bother to let me know that it was broken so the appointment was a waste of time

I would recommend this urgent care. Friendly service and was able to diagnose my concern and treat me as important.

The PA was kind and non alarming!  I didn’t feel that way with the previous visit 2 days before! She explained things carefully, so I understood what I was dealing with and prescribed the correct medication! The previous PA told me I would get a call with the results of my urine  test, but I never got that call and my antibiotics needed to be changed. I developed a fever and came in again! Not sure why I never got that call???

Had a rash on my leg made an appointment, checked in, staff very friendly, was already checked in. Doctor friendly and concerned. He prescribed treatment and prescription was sent in. I was also able to make a follow up appointment. Picked up the prescription within an hour,

Super easy to schedule an appt online, the wait was probably less than 5 minutes once there. Staff and the NP were friendly and helpful. Got meds and started feeling better the next day.

They are very nice there and took very good care of me I would recommend this place to everyone

Felt rushed answered my main concern but I had a secondary related concern and doc was giving me instructions while already walking out the door so didn't get to my second question.

Walked in, took my 3 year old daughter. Was able to make it before closing time , everyone was friendly most I waited over all was around 2hours .

They forgot to send my prescription to CVS.👎🏻 Otherwise Dr was caring and helpful

My visit today was really good. I was pleasantly surprised to see an opening for today. Of course I took it, the wait time wasn’t too bad considering that it is an urgent care and can sometimes take time. But it went by fast and I was able to make it in time to pick up my child. Thank you staff and provider for being on top of things.
