First time going there and I must say the all around service was excellent.

Everyone that worked there was great. No complaints. The wait time was longer than expected. Perhaps it was because I was so sick but it seemed long.  I did follow up today to inquire about getting an inhaler that my primary recommended but could not get on line to prescribe it for me while in her vacation. I left a specific message with the front desk today and never heard back.  That was quite disappointing

From scheduling an appointment to getting treated all proceeded smoothly. The staff were very friendly.

Dr. Richard and staff were both professional and friendly. Honestly, I cannot be thankful enough. I absolutely recommend this center to anyone in need of urgent help.

Came to the office on Sunday when my right eye was swollen, red and painfull and realized I had a red bumpy Rash on the bridge if my nose and it was painful under my glasses. Had headaches. Waited about 2hrs to see the staff. Staff was courteous, but it was a long wait to see the assistant and Dr. After giving symptoms to assistant, sge gave me an eye test naming the letters. The Dr. came in a few mins later for about 10 mins just looked at me and said I had shingles/herpes virus and it infected my eye and I need to see my eye Dr. Mon. Because it can cause blindness if not treated right away. She sent RX to my pharmacy and said goodbye.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

Very Kind and Professional staff. Vida , exceptional Provider. MaryAnn , Medical Assistant  was attentive and gentle in caring for Me . Eric greeted me at the front desk with a kind Personality and helped Me complete my signing in information. Highly Recommend , AFC, Denville.

Staff working on Xmas was friendly and helpful. My sincerest thanks to them for working on a holiday!
