I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

Samentha was very helpful and attentive, she was the main advocate on making sure my insurance coverage and process were taken care of. Very friendly and inviting, as I am new to the area, she for sure helped me feel comfortable and well taken care of. All scheduling and paperwork was completed ahead of time online very easy.

Easy check in, I went in 10 min after check in. Amazing staff, really caring! They really listen your symptons and ask questions. They Did Xray. All the virus test. Got a antibiotic shot for my Pneumonia. I was there for 1 and 1/2 hours. Better than the hospital!

My son woke up with a sore throat. His PCP was available, but not for many hours. The physician at DOCS had availability. She was empathetic, thorough, knowledgeable and insightful.

Woke up this morning feeling miserable.  Flu- like symptoms.  Went to Live Urgent care, they tested for flu & it was positive.  Got 2 prescriptions & was on my way in 30 min.  Very nice , very efficient & very caring staff!
