Although knowledgeable, I do not feel I received the same level of care as in previous visit with other Dr.

Woke up this morning with my ears really  bothering me decided to go to the urgent care walked in. The staff were very friendly. The office was very clean and the doctor was super nice. Was able to give me my prescriptions right away and back home I went for a rest. I recommend this location. The staff is friendly and the doctors are very knowledgeable. Every time I have gone I have had a better experience.

Stephanie was kind, caring, and professional. I trusted her advice and her assessment of the situation and what is going on. The person that took the culture was also very kind and professional, and had a very steady hand. I would absolutely.return here for other media l issues that come up.

Made an appointment and waited over 30 mins. Still waiting on test results.

Got out of work early yesterday and remember that I had ran out of medicine. figured I just swing by no phone call no appointment. Was very Pleasant. In-N-Out in 30 minutes. Very easy!

The girls at the desk are doing the best they can in a really tough situation they were so pleasant and so nice gave complete information. My only concern was that we were all going in for Covid testing and you had to login manually on an iPad that no one cleaned between patients. There was a bottle of hand sanitizer if you choose to use it. One patient walked in without a mask until she realized it - so the exposure level is probably very high.

Robles Estefany doctor was very, very polite and listened to me carefully and immediately knew what was wrong with me and gave me very good advice... I had a great experience with that doctor, next time I will seek her out again.

All were helpful and courteous. Wait time was minimal. PA was excellent as was the doctor.

Been having a fever and nausea. Didn't have to wait long. Everyone so caring. Given something for nausea and felt better in 10 minutes. I always have great experience there.

The Nutley location was amazing. They were able to get me in, tested for Covid, flu, RSV, and strep, in a matter of 30 minutes, the medical assistant and doctor were so friendly and nice. Highly recommend!

Woke you not feeling well, made an appointment for this office everything was fast, the office was clean and I was able to get all I needed from my visit. Great staff and doctors

Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!

Fast and easy , check in at the front offices, a link was send to my phone in order to up load all my personal and insurance information , signed all the paperwork in the app and summit it with in few minutes everything was done and I received a confirmation

I woke up this morning with a sore throat, I arrived and check in was super easy. Staff was friendly, I had to wait a little longer but it was much easier than making an appointment at my doctors office and having to wait days. This was quicker and easier, highly recommend!
