This is the only clinic I go to! Excellent care and staff!!!! Always!

The front desk gentleman was very nice and professional, took my blood pressure & temperature. The nurse who came into patient room told me I should have put my mask on when I had been told I was going to be getting swabbed next - I realize I was contagious but I wasn’t leaving the room and I knew I was getting swabbed - I wasn’t sure it it was going to be my nose or mouth.  Her manner & tone was not friendly.  The PA was great, very nice bedside manner, helpful and answered questions.  I had thought the clinic did PCR tests as they had done in the past but learned that had stopped some time ago. I wanted to have a PCR test done as well but was not able to.

Even though I had an appointment I still waited for almost an hour

Booked online, waited about 10 mins. Got seen, they were worried that I needed more care so they sent me to a specialist. I thought that was an amazing way to show me that they care about my well-being.

My child woke up not feeling good was able to book apt online make it to apt and be seen getting everything checked to rule out what needed to be ruled out. Staff and practioners were kind and friendly and made sure that my child felt comfortable and knew what was going on.wpuld recommend 100%.

Actually did a walk in with my Mom. Staff was awesome and caring from start to finish. Very organized and wait time was quick. Quick and efficient facility. Definitely recommend!

The entire experience, from the moment I walked in, was fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient, and NP Christianah Ogunleye’s was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. Highly recommended this clinic!!

The nurse practitioner that we saw was probably the best. So thorough didn’t make me feel rushed. She really took the time to look through my daughter’s history and previous exams.

The nurses were so friendly and helpful however the doctor needed to seriously improve his bedside manner. He was very curt and unconcerned.

Our 4 year old son was not feeling well. We set a appt via the online portal. That was easy to navigate. Great staff. Clinician was said to be the only one on duty so the wait time was a bit longer, but she was so nice and engaged with our little one. The petite young lady at the counter was so nice and informative. Took my first child to this clinic before and now taking my second baby, this is my favorite place to take them get checked whenever they get sick because I like how caring and helpful this place is, the check in is fast , the staff is so friendly ...for sure recommend !!

My daughter needed a sports physical today. I was able to get in very quickly. The check-in process for paperwork went smoothly due to it being available online prior to the appointment. The staff was very nice and pleasant. Nurse Bri was excellent. My daughter was nervous at first, but Nurse Bri’s bedside manner helped her feel more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this office and its staff.

My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.
