My son wasn’t feeling well so I schedule a appointment for him and we was able to see the doctor right away , the check-in procedure was quick and easy the staff was lovely and the entire visit was great.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

I had a great experience! The staff was friendly and the entire time walk in to walk out was less than an hour. Doctor was great and I was never left waiting too long without someone visiting the room.

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

They are very nice professional and kind  The doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I went on line and I was able to easily book an appointment they were attentive to my concerns  Dr Patel was and amazing help and I really liked her very much  I am glad Airmont urgent care is there for me. They are a great medical facility  Thank you !

Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

Nurse Practitioner and her assistant were courteous and paid attention to my symptoms. I have been at the New Rochelle urgent care before and satisfied enough for a return visit.

The staff were friendly and patient with my little one. Dr. Adeyemi was informative and worked with care. The office is always clean and quick with service.
