It took a follow up call to get my meds called in to the pharmacy. I could have administered the Covid test better on  myself. Wasn’t surprised that it was negative, it probably had my lipgloss on the swab instead of my nasal contents. What a difference from the visit two weeks ago when Optum was there.  We received great care and prompt treatment.

Was able to book my appt. easily online. Both the nurse and PA were great!

Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to. She performed a thorough exam and answered any questions or concerns we had. Never felt rushed. Office and patient rooms were immaculate.

That was my first visit with my daughter and so far, so satisfying.

When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time?   The staff was watching  myself and another patient standing in the cold outside until that  9 AM time arrived !  Maybe they should consider the sick patients outside in the cold !!!

I went in to schedule an appointment but they were able to take me right away. The staff was very helpful, friendly and competent.  I checked in easily and my problem was resolved quickly.  The techs explained each step of the treatment and gave me advice on avoiding reoccurrence. I needed a paper that said I had covid for work and I got it in less than 10 minutes. The doctors were great.

My first time here. There was some complications with my procedure. An obvious more experienced attendant had to assist so it took more time than expected. Overall, the visit was fine. Shelly
