This is my first time going to an urgent care and the care that I got was great. All the people were friendly and sounded very knowledgeable. Seemed they care more about me than I did.

Came in for pain with my left shoulder radiating under my arm on my arm and down my left side. Saw Dr.Lynch who was absolutely wonderful.she advised me to get a cat scan and MRI which is scheduled. Gave me a shot and a muscle relaxer started feeling better within a short period of time. The facility is so clean beautifully decorated and the staff were amazing and so helpful. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism and knowledge. They have long hours which is so convenient. If I ever need to go to an Urgent Care again it would be here. Thank you

Didn’t find a broken toe as my orthropedic dr. did. When I visited. Her 3 days later!!!!  Shocking!

Highly recommend the facility.  Dr was concerned & attentive. Happy I went & pleased with entire visit. I highly recommend !

Scheduling online is very easy and convenient. Got an early morning appointment with no problem.

The staff was fast did well I didt wait long I’m waiting area or room

Short wait time, friendly staff. My daughter will only get a covid test here because they 'dont poke her brain' as she puts it.

They told me it would be a 30 minute wait and nobody was in there and they didn’t call me in the room until 50 minutes later but still it was great

My visit required a follow up later in the afternoon, which was botched up at each step. Different prescriptions were supposed to be sent to the pharmacy that never came over and by the time they did come over the pharmacy closed hours later. Then the prescription that was resent was the same one as earlier in the day and the insurance company refused to cover it obviously. Communication and follow through was horrible.
