Easy check in, I went in 10 min after check in. Amazing staff, really caring! They really listen your symptons and ask questions. They Did Xray. All the virus test. Got a antibiotic shot for my Pneumonia. I was there for 1 and 1/2 hours. Better than the hospital!

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

Nurse Practitioner and her assistant were courteous and paid attention to my symptoms. I have been at the New Rochelle urgent care before and satisfied enough for a return visit.

Staff was all kind and helpful, checkin was easy. I appreciated the quick service as I didn’t have any wait

Dr various was fantastic. Patient answering my questions and made sure I was able to navigate with crutches.

I went in to schedule an appointment but they were able to take me right away. The staff was very helpful, friendly and competent.  I checked in easily and my problem was resolved quickly.  The techs explained each step of the treatment and gave me advice on avoiding reoccurrence.
