My visit required a follow up later in the afternoon, which was botched up at each step. Different prescriptions were supposed to be sent to the pharmacy that never came over and by the time they did come over the pharmacy closed hours later. Then the prescription that was resent was the same one as earlier in the day and the insurance company refused to cover it obviously. Communication and follow through was horrible.

Awesome experience!  The staff were helpful in checking me in.  The doctor was considerate and kind.  Any type of ailment requiring urgent care, AFC Urgent will be my go to urgent care.

This was my first visit, and I am thoroughly impressed with the level of care and professionalism exhibited by the entire staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and efficiency. The reception team is friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. I highly recommend Dr Gabriel to anyone seeking top-notch medical care. I will say, time and time again, this is my go to place for any kind of testing. I never have to wait, I usually schedule a day or two before and am often seen early due to no one being there. Staff and providers are super friendly, helpful, and extremely quick with what they need to do which allows for less time waiting in the exam rooms. Testing is also extremely fast, I have gotten tests before and then have heard back a day later. Will recommend to anyone looking for quick access to medical care.

Samantha was great answered all my questions and took my blood with no problems. I’m scared of needles so she definitely took that into consideration!

This was my first time coming here and let me tell you that the staff there was truly amazing very nice. The place is very clean overall I LOVE IT will come back again.

This is my fourth time using this facility. I have always been greeted with courtesy and a smile. All the practitioners and staff take time with you as a patient and make you feel very comfortable.

I scheduled my appointment for 8am and was seen right away. This is the second time I've been to this location and both times service was exceptional.

I am so very pleased with the level of care from reception, incoming nurse, nurse practitioner and x-ray tech. They were all kind and understanding to a very sick senior citizen. I am blessed to have such high quality Urgent Care in Smithtown. Thank you all.

Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.
