Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

The online registration was confusing. The appointment time given leads you to believe that you have an appointment. Other than that the staff was very friendly and efficient. Very clean facility!!

Went to Summit Urgent Care in Greenwich experiencing very high BP and a headache. Was able to be seen promptly. Desk staff very friendly and welcoming. Nursing assistant was knowledgeable. Dr Mateus was excellent. She was caring, professional and patient. I rate her the best doctor I have had in my long medical experience.

I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. The girls at the desk are doing the best they can in a really tough situation they were so pleasant and so nice gave complete information. My only concern was that we were all going in for Covid testing and you had to login manually on an iPad that no one cleaned between patients. There was a bottle of hand sanitizer if you choose to use it. One patient walked in without a mask until she realized it - so the exposure level is probably very high.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
