My daughter fell on her walk home, and we knew after seeing her ankle she needed to be seen.  We came in as a walk in, waited less than 5 min to be se someone, and the staff was extremely thorough in explaining to my daughter the XRay process and after care.

The lady they have working there right now at the front desk is a very professional and good person.. that’s rare for urgent care. Make sure you keep her happy.

Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

This is my fourth time using this facility. I have always been greeted with courtesy and a smile. All the practitioners and staff take time with you as a patient and make you feel very comfortable.

My daughter came in with a sprained ankle and needed an xray. Everyone was so nice, caring and compassionate towards her, while also being extremely sufficient and professional.

Book on line process requires getting out your wallet to take photos of your Insurance card and your ID, front and back… That’s annoying also required every visit..

Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!

It’s always a pleasure when I bring my son in for a visit. I never have to wait a long time, the staff is very courteous and friendly and the facility is always clean. My son’s doctor succumbed to a sickness back in the Spring and I brought him him here for a physical. I have made up my mind. CityLife will be his primary.
