Check in was very simple and the staff member who helped me there was super sweet! The scheduling process was a bit difficult to do online, I even had to call to ask a few questions as to why the system was asking for certain information. Check out wasn’t as smooth as check in and the other staff member who helped me then didn’t know how to print out a work note and took awhile. Overall, it wasn’t a negative experience, just had some ups and downs.

I went into the office on Putnam after trying to call for an appointment(no one ever answers). They took my info and I quickly went into an exam room. The assistant took preliminary info and the a nurse practitioner came in. I wanted to see an MD and if they would have told from the start that there wasn’t one there, I would have left. No offense but the NP wasn’t sure what my issue was but ordered antibiotics anyway!  Lastly, my invoice from the visit is incorrect so I have to deal with that. I will not return.

I needed a paper that said I had covid for work and I got it in less than 10 minutes. The doctors were great.
