Great Service

Staff is very friendly. Office is easily accessible. Was seen quickly by provider.

I had an irritated eye for a week.  I decided that it was time to get it check out one morning and I came in as a walked in.  I was seen less than 15 minutes. I was checked out and prescribed medicated eye drops which was sent electronically to my local pharmacy.   The service was fast.

Came home from work and noticed that my child had a high fever. Her pediatrician office was closed so I googled and saw that this urgent care was opened. It was super easy scheduling an appointment on my phone and sending my insurance information with just a picture. There was probably a 25 min wait time to be put in a room but it’s an urgent care so considering that it’s not bad at all since the waiting area was full. Everyone was super friendly from the front desk guy to the MA and especially the Dr. She took her time examining my daughter and explaining the care and treatment process. Thank you for listening and caring, I would highly recommend.

Prompt always has amazing service. The staff is so friendly, and the Solv check in is amazing and convenient. The doctor and nurses were fast and great listeners. For minor illnesses I always come here because of the great service across the board. Thank you!
