Our experience was awesome. Wait time was 5 mins. Staff was courteous and very friendly.

My only negative comment is that they did not return 2 of my phone calls to review with me the results of my tests.

I cut my leg badly a couple of days ago and needed help asap! I immediately thought of the closest Urgent Care on Valley Forge Rd. and Sumneytown Pike in Lansdale. I was a walk-in and there were a couple of sick children ahead of me so they immediately got me to a private room where I wouldn't be exposed to germs and cleaned my leg while I waited for the on-duty physician's assistant, Catherine Moran. She was attending to those ahead of me but came in to evaluate my injury and informed me that the wound would require stitches. When she finished with the others, she attended to me and did an outstanding job! Not only was the stitching painless but the quality of her handiwork was fabulous! She was calm and reassuring as were the nurse who performed the preliminary duties (blood pressure, information gathering, etc.) and staff. I was impressed with the competence of everyone involved and would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need! Thank you to all of the staff who helped me!

This was my first time there,I was very impressed. Everyone was so professional and kind. The building is really nice,excellent waiting room.

Staff was very pleasant. As soon as I walked through the door (about 8:30 am) they asked me to log in, which was SUPER EASY. The nurse taken my vitals quickly & very pleasant. The doctor tapped on the exam room before entering & was in a pleasant mood. All this on a Monday morning 12/2/24 My cdl paperwork was done in no time Yes I recommend this office

After receiving my results, I called Labcorp and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
