Always have a good experience at this urgent care. Have been to others in the area, and they do not compare with professionalism and care received. I always feel taken care of when I come here. Zero complaints.

The PA was kind and non alarming!  I didn’t feel that way with the previous visit 2 days before! She explained things carefully, so I understood what I was dealing with and prescribed the correct medication! The previous PA told me I would get a call with the results of my urine  test, but I never got that call and my antibiotics needed to be changed. I developed a fever and came in again! Not sure why I never got that call???

Took my daughter this afternoon to get her ears checked for a possible infection from her earrings. The front desk staff were super friendly , the gentleman that saw us before the doctor was as well. The doctor was awesome. My daughter was super nervous and she made her feel at ease. Even asked her questions about her stuffed animals she had which just showed she cared and wanted to make her feel relaxed! Experience couldn’t have been better!!

I got tested for covid and the guy testing me was so compassionate and caring and friendly. I was shocked. Most people are not friendly these days with anything covid related but he still treated me like a normal human. Very kind guy

- Verified patient on 6/20

My daughter had croup but wasn’t improving so I made an appt at 11:30. I arrived at 11:15 and eventually was told I needed to have her COVID tested. I was back to the waiting room by 12. I thought I’d be in a room quickly since my appt was 30 min prior but it was obvious I wasn’t going to be seen soon. I told them I would take an appt at 2. I arrived by 1:45 and was in a room by 2:05. I didn’t the see the dr until 2:45. I was frustrated because I had appts and the provider explained they run an urgent care. She was condescending. I’ve been coming there since it opened. I have 4 kids one seen on Wednesday. I understand what an urgent care is but I also understand appts and customer service. I eft the first time because it was taking far longer with an appt and I needed to have my son at an event but the right thing would’ve been to fast track me the second time and for the provider to not treat me the way she did. So disappointed. I love the staff but they should’ve tried to get me in faster and when they didn’t just say sorry not have some provider explain to me how an urgent care works. Does she know what an appt is?

- Verified patient on 10/17

Fast and friendly drive up test site. My appointment was at 12pm, but they saw me as soon as I arrived which was an hour early at 11 am. And test results were ready in 15 minutes.

- Verified patient on 11/20

- Verified patient on 8/25

Scheduled a COVID drive up test. I had no idea what to expect. It was quick, easy and nurse administering the test explained the process in detail, made me feel comfortable, was so nice and professional.

- Verified patient on 1/11

Had a COVID test waited behind another car , nurse saw me walked into the building & never came back. I had to call after 30 min for someone to come out.

- Verified patient on 4/24

Ref is consistently such a kind and friendly presence and makes getting a COVID test so much better! The wait-in-the-car test system is also very convenient for trying to stay healthy and away from others.

- Verified patient on 8/19

Covid testing: Front desk and nurse super professional and friendly. However, we did received conflicting results. The nurse called with negative results and then I received an email stating positive results. It was a bit of a scare for a brief minute until I called the office to clarify. I know Monday’s are busy and It was an honest mistake. I get it. Hopefully it doesn’t happen again. I would still recommend this urgent care. Thank you.

- Verified patient on 10/11

Actually I did drive through Rapid testing. I was not inside the facility but I have been inside before. It is always clean. I dealt with two young ladies and one gentleman. Everyone was very professional and cordial❣️

Glendora Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed.

Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
