Short Wait Time

Was suffering from severe low back pain.  Was able to schedule an appointment online right away.  Arrived to an empty waiting room and after filling out the paperwork was put right into an exam room.  Waited less than 10 minutes total.  Treatment was explained fully.  All in all a very quick and effective appointment and I’m feeling considerably better less than 24 hours later.

The receptionist and PA that was there today (2/20/2019)were great and amazing! My only complaint was that the nurse on staff today was not so warm and welcoming let alone have 1 smile on her face . Other than her I was very happy with our visit today .

This clinic is rated highly in reviews for their friendly staff

Friendly Staff

Have been dealing with issues regarding an infected navel piercing and pushing back a doctors visit because I am always afraid of needing to go. Immediately greeted by such friendly and caring check-in staff. I have no insurance so they were able to help negotiate a price that worked for me. The nurse and doctor who saw me were so friendly and understanding of my fears and situation. They listened to everything I told them and offered me many solutions to my problems, even still understanding my lack of insurance and showing me where to find the cheapest options for prescriptions. All the staff made me feel cared for, as if they were friends of mine I’ve known for a long time. I was in and out in about an hour and am looking forward to my second visit. I would recommend this provider to everyone I know, especially anyone who is normally afraid of being in hospital settings or doctors.

I came here and was greeted immediately by the fine staff at front desk. Within minutes I had a room and my vitals were taken. The medical assistant Karina was very kind and gentle when drawing my blood. She also helped me schedule a follow up and was patient with me as I took my time to think. Overall this clinic was very clean and I would highly recommend that anyone come here for a quick and pleasant visit.

I was really sick and worried I had Covid, so I came in for a test. They gave me a rapid and PCR for that as well as the flu and strep, but also did a brief checkup and caught that I had an ear infection. I really appreciated that they took the time to check all the possibilities to make sure they were prescribing me what I needed.

I needed a Covid test and this was the place to go. They were very organized, friendly, and results for both the rapid test and PCR came back much faster than I expected. About 15 minutes for the rapid test and about 24 hours for the PCR test. If you only needed the PCR test, you could do everything from your car. It was such a relief. thank you

I’ve come here twice now for a test and the staff is really friendly and extra helpful with all the steps. Mannan was really kind in helping me as I tested my infant son, which isn’t an easy task. Mannan was efficient, thoughtful, and was able to navigate the system for me on my phone when I was struggling with getting my son to let me test him! Thank you Mannan!

The gentleman was polite and professional. I said, it's my 1st time doing it myself. He had patience with me, considering I was putting a cotton swap stick up my nose for the covid testing. Explained everything step by step. He had patience with me, considering I was putting a cotton swap stick up my nose for the first time. I had 2 cars in front of me and he was working efficiently. Brent? Burch? Someone who worked May 6th took such a good care of me. I was in such a hurry because I had a flight to catch with no PCR test. The other employee didn’t mention about the expedited PCR test but he came to me running right before I left. I felt so relieved that I got the test and that someone was there to stop my running car to save my expensive trip home. He is the true worker that any employer would pray and wish for. Thank you!

The young man who was in charge of the drive-up line was very friendly and helpful. He patiently helped me complete my account application without a hint of impatience. His instructions were very clear. The young woman inside was also very warm and friendly. I would recommend this location to anyone in need of a Covid test. These two are excellent!!

Very caring, patient and friendly staff! The inside of the facility for rapid testing could be set up better. Door glass was smudged and dirty looking and I had to touch 2 doors to get in while someone was testing someone in the vestibule that I needed to pass to get through.

Becker went above and beyond to ensure that we got the tests we needed in the short time span we needed them in. He was extremely friendly and felt like he took personal care of us, even though he had dozens of other people he was also monitoring. You could tell he cares about each individual‘s needs and wants to ensure everyone gets their results in a timely manner. I was especially impressed with his good attitude after probably having been standing and working in the bitter cold since the early hours of the morning. Thanks so much for your help!

The two guys assisting with the PCR test were amazing. I was definitely the last person there of the day and they didn’t make me feel like I was a hassle or I was keeping them. They were very nice and concerned about my well-being and that means a lot.Zeentha did my rapid test and she as well was so amazing. I’ll definitely be back there if I need to go.

The location was very convenient less than a mile from my house. This was my first test for Covid and actually they did both tests the PCR test and the rapid test. There was no waiting no line and the facility was an empty drive-through bank facility which was appeared to be very clean and orderly.

I clearly had no idea what I was doing and didn't think it was possible to just drive up and get a test without an appointment. However within a minute of pulling up I had a packet and could take the test on my own, and everyone there was incredibly patient with me, helping me with even the simplest of tasks. I cannot believe how convenient it was!

A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
