Woke up this morning with full body aches; was an hour late for work because of the pain and decided to go to City Life Health where they did a thorough checkup. I was able to get a prescription for the pain and nausea along with a Dr's note for my job.

My visit at urgent care in Narberth was good. The doctor took time with me and explained everything to me. The young medical tech was excellent! He was efficient and friendly. This is my second time visiting the clinic and I would return.

I cut my leg badly a couple of days ago and needed help asap! I immediately thought of the closest Urgent Care on Valley Forge Rd. and Sumneytown Pike in Lansdale. I was a walk-in and there were a couple of sick children ahead of me so they immediately got me to a private room where I wouldn't be exposed to germs and cleaned my leg while I waited for the on-duty physician's assistant, Catherine Moran. She was attending to those ahead of me but came in to evaluate my injury and informed me that the wound would require stitches. When she finished with the others, she attended to me and did an outstanding job! Not only was the stitching painless but the quality of her handiwork was fabulous! She was calm and reassuring as were the nurse who performed the preliminary duties (blood pressure, information gathering, etc.) and staff. I was impressed with the competence of everyone involved and would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need! Thank you to all of the staff who helped me!

Friendly Staff

We made an appointment for 9:45 a.m. And did not get called back till 10:30. This is especially tough with a toddler. The staff was friendly. However, I still did not receive the results for my son 's covid, flu, RSV testing and it's been 3 days. I do not see the point of testing for these illnesses if you are not going to call back with a result. I tried looking online and there is no record of the test. I also called and was told I would get a call back and never received it. Now I got to call again to find out what the results are.

I went to CityLife for a covid test and my experience was perfect! The staff woman that helped me was super nice and helped me every step of the way!

Very Caring,The Staff Came in a Snow Storm,I drove in storm,Took me 40 min from Bristol to Horsham in the storm. On my way home,I took my time. They call you in 30 minutes,If you test positive. So I made sure I did 15-20 mph in Horsham,It Was Beautiful Scenery. I looked at my watch and 40 mins had passed by before I had to go on 95 towards Bristol. I Thank God For Them. It was the only day I had a vehicle. It cost $20 more for a Sunday. But when it comes to Saftey against this Pandemic, It's Important. Not Just for Myself but for my Granddaughter & her school,My daughter & son-in-law. Husband. I lost track of time. My severe lyme disease took on a New "Kicked My Butt" attack. On Thursday eve. I took on symptoms?Thought? I would Recommend This Location and The ease of the test. Care and Great Energy Vibe. To Everyone !!! I was In a Panic Worried, Because my system had been attacked and I wash my hands & sanitize.. I just needed To Be Sure. God Bless Them !

This facility was a godsend - one of only two facilities in PA that provides rapid PCR (molecular) testing for international travel (only other is at PHL). 3 hr test result (PDF, via email) received as promised. 6 stars for Alisha at curbside, extremely efficient and friendly. RapiCare NEEDS to put up a bunch of other sites near other regional airports in PA, asap. Many international travelers (like me) begin their international travel at a domestic airport, and with complicated testing requirements changing daily, most int'l travelers will gladly pay for testing that is provided as promised - and on-time. You guys are awesome - SO much better service than assembly-line drive-thru pharmacies (especially wrt keeping the promised delivery time!!). Please consider opening other branches asap near Harrisburg/York. Keep up the fantastic service! And make sure you don't lose Alisha ; Thx, Steve

I have directed several people to the Montgomery County Covid testing sites. I feel that the the directions for self testing and the accuracy of this testing along with timely notification of the respults c cannot be beat. I am a nurse and am very picky about where I'd send people for a PCR test. I explain that the test is like a blood pressure- at the time of the test you tested negative/positive. A negative test does not mean to stop precautions. It's just one tool in the toolbox. I monitor the science and accuracy and this is the best hands down. The staff is wonderful and the facilities who give up space for the county testing sites are angels.

Should have just waited for the snow day to pass and have come here on Tuesday instead of going to CVS on that snowy Monday when the Montgomery County clinics were closed! CVS was pretty impersonal, the directions for the packaged test materials were very unclear, and I waited 3 days only to get an inconclusive result! Not here, though! These wonderful people at Montgomery County, however, are on the ball! Night and day difference! This was the second time I've been tested here. The first was in December due to a possible exposure from someone who helped my husband and I move. And this time, it was simply because my best friend lives in an over-65 life-plan community which has nearly everyone there now vaccinated but is requiring immediate family to either quarantine for 10 days or have a negative test within 72 hours of a visit. And I hadn't had lunch with her since mid-November. She just had a knee replacement and hasn't been able to drive. I am almost 40 and healthy, but the isolation at home here with my husband is really crushing me, even though I'm grateful he is here with me and I'm not totally alone. I've been unemployed for almost 8 years, and not for lack of trying. Anyway..... The staff here is wonderful. They give very clear instructions, are very caring and kind, and even seemed to have taken my suggestions from the last feedback about putting a clear check-in sign up over one window and having a designated spot for one person at a time to self swab outdoors! Best of all, both times I've gotten (thankfully negative) results back within only 24 hours or even less! Will definitely come back here when I want to visit my friend again. And I will *only" go here from now on! Lol! Great job!

After getting sent home from work due to not passing a pre-screening for covid i had to find a clinic that offered non -rapid test. So I looked up clinics and this was the third one I called and I was successful. Despite having to drive a whole hour back to the area which I live I was happy to be able to get the test the same day. The two women and man who helped me were friendly and kind they had a sense of humor like me which was nice and made me feel very comfortable. If I ever need care from Urgent clinic again and I am by work I will surely choose this one. Thank you for a great first experience.

I needed a rapid PCR COVID-19 test for international travel the next day. They got me test results within 2 hours. I would recommend them to anyone who needed this service. The technician administering the test was very pleasant and patient. I was able to setup the appointment very quickly on the phone and via text and was seen within an hour of initial contact. I can’t rate quality of care or cleanliness. No real care was administered and the test sample was collected in a drive-up fashion so I never saw any facility other than a parking lot. If I was going to ask them to improve anything, I’d like the test results to be formatted a little more professionally, with boxes that explicitly say “Patient Name” and “Date of Birth” instead of putting these two items next to each other and labeling it as “sample ID”. Also, names should be capitalized. However, they also provided a professional looking letter stating in very clear and simple terms the test results with all the required facts so this is just nit picking, especially since they accepted the test results at the foreign border with no issues.

The Ardmore Covid-19 testing site in Montgomery County is providing superior service. Our tax dollars are being spent with the utmost attention to detail. There is plenty of space to social distance. The staff quickly knows who you are, so the computerized booking system must be excellent. They are efficient in confirming your details and you step seamlessly to the next window, where two people work together to provide you with an untouched test swab and provide clear instructions on what to do. They answered a question with a visual example and offered a brief context so that I could understand fully without having to linger. I have tried using a private practice before, but will never go back. Montgomery County excels at providing outstanding service. Thank you. I am grateful.

I drove by the place multiple times because there is no sign. The only sign is a church sign with Chinese writing on the bottom. I went in the building because my directions kept telling me to go to the church. The person taking the lab just so happen to walk by me and told me I was in the right place. I wasted a lot of time driving up and down the road trying to locate the facility. Then I was asked to provide my credit card information a second time, and this time in writing, even though I had paid online the day before. I still don’t know what the differences between the PCR test and the travel PCR test.

So easy! I'm not a techy person but the app downloaded ssll by itself and was easy to follow. I was able to schedule my test quickly. The day of my test, I parked my car, called the number and was taken care of in a matter of 5 minutes or less. The staff was extra safe staying a good distance 6ft. away from me while administered the test. They gave me the directions that I needed and answered my questions that I had. They said my results would be back in 2-3 days and I received them in 2 days. Which was important, to determine if I had to continue to quarantine with my family or not. I will be passing information about the MC Public Health services in Pottstown on to my friends and family. Thank You for being there for Me and taking care of me during these uncertain times.

Philadelphia Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed.

Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
