I called 1st to see if they accepted my insurance, the lady who answered the phone was so pleasant and helpful, I felt better going there about going in. The triage nurse was really nice & funny, and was gentle with swabbing .The office was clean. They moved expeditiously I would definitely recommend my friends and family here if needing medical assistance.

Being 8hrs from my daughter in Memphis and her already feeling not seen or heard at another clinic, this facility and staff restored my faith in the healthcare providers and facilities in Memphis. They listened to her, spent time with her, actually put their hands and ears on her to properly assess her symptoms. Made this mamas heart (and healthcare professional of 20+ yrs) feel so much peace being so far away and feeling helpless. Thank you all!

Although the wait was long, I can highly recommend Baptist Urgent Care in Collierville. It’s a season when many people are sick so the wait was not unexpected. I did wait over an hour and I would suggest calling for an update on wait time before leaving home. The person at the front desk was friendly and efficient. I spent some of my wait time in my car and was sent a text when it was my turn. I was seen by Nichole and found her to be knowledgeable and sympathetic to my discomfort.

After receiving my results, I called Labcorp and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. When I drove up I was greeted promptly, I received help in accessing my iPhone and the testing was great. A very pleasant experience. Online booking.

I am floored by how amazing Greater Community Temple COGIC’s COVID-19 testing service is. I couldn’t find anything else around town on a Sunday and this church was ready and willing. This church is truly serving the community. I was so worried I was exposed to COVID-19 and desperately needed a test as a caregiver to my 82-year old-mother. They are a true blessing!

I desperately wanted a Covid test because I am coughing a lot and have been extra tired. My doctor suggested I try Walgreens or Kroger, but neither was helpful so my husband was able to locate this space. I was very pleased and will recommend it to others.

The guy taking the tests was real friendly and spoke English and spanish. Many tests in the area weren’t available and the facility was. Real quick test and results. I’d go back again and recommend it. 10/10

I had to get a COVID test 72 hours before I flew into Dulles Airport in DC. It was very nice to be able to make an appointment for a rapid test . Also, very nice to have it done car side . Clear instructions - very prompt . The staff was friendly and informative .

Easy, friendly, quick Covid test - pulled up, called the number, nice nurse came out promptly to administer test, results were fast (and negative!) and I was done.

I had a rapid Covid test. They were prompt and very caring! I truly appreciate the staff and the care they showed me!

Good job.. I just think the test was too expensive if you have to pay out of pocket.. I could see 100 or maybe 150 but over 200 is really ridiculous.. and a suggestion.. we came as a group .. I think you should get individual results before others get tests.. we wouldn’t have had to spend the 200$ for our test since she turned up positive!!!!

AFC Urgent Care was easy to find and gave clear instructions upon arrival. I came for a covid test and they tested me in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

- Verified patient on 1/18

I needed a Covid test fast and AFC did that; insurance even covered the whole cost! When the results were negative and I asked to speak with the doctor, they ran more tests and gave me a diagnosis within an hour and without an appointment. Everyone was super nice and helpful, especially the sweet nurses.

I went to get a Covid 19 test at this facility only to find out my insurance was inactive. The tech was more than sympathetic to my cause she came back to check on me during my trial of finding out what happened and finally getting the info that i needed to prove i actually had insurance and the actual test was done efficiently and accurately thanks.

I went in to get a COVID test but received so much more. The check-in process was super quick and easy, making my time spent at AFC Urgent Care much shorter than it could have been. The staff was very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. After receiving my negative test, they did some more examining to determine what was making me sick and wrote prescriptions to deal with the infection.

I work in a job that exposes me to the public and when you start to feel sick or have a fever your mind goes straight to Covid. As far as Covid testing goes, they make it easy and quick. It’s as pleasant as a Covid test can be considering it’s a slightly uncomfortable test.

Everything was EXCELLENT : Helpful, friendly, competent staff, immediate attention checking in and procedure taking test samples , very clean space, and quick response for test results Appreciate there was no cost. I would absolutely recommend this provider . Everything about the experience was convenient . Thank you

I had the worst head cold I’ve had in about fifteen years. Worried that it might have been Covid. Got a rapid test (negative) and treatment for the cold. I’d never received a shot for a cold before…it’s truly a miracle of modern science! Most importantly, I was able to go back to work the next day!

- Verified patient on 11/20

I actually did not go inside. I went for a Covid test and was attended to in the back parking lot. Which was fine. It was actually great. I never had to leave my car and received my results in less than 15 minutes.

- Verified patient on 3/8

Very quick and efficient! Thank you for the billboard advertising your service. Our PCR test results didn't arrive in time for our travel so we were grateful we could get a Covid test so easily. Great job!

Memphis Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed.

Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
