They were very busy, and I didn’t have an appointment.  I had flu symptoms and they got me in.  The care was top-notch.  The PA and the Physician were excellent.  Unionville is fortunate to have them.

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

The staff was great and the doctor was very nice and really listened to what I had to say. Deffinelty will continue to go back there when I need to

I had to book a preop physical and was able to get an appointment right away. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I booked and was seen the same morning. The checkin process was extremely easy and we seen with in mins of arrival.

This is always our go to if a family member needs care outside of our General Practitioners hours.  Always friendly staff and wonderful care! Highly Recommended!

Took 2 Covid tests at home and for the first time they came back positive so I got online scheduled an appointment. Got there and waited less than a couple minutes and was seen. Confirmed Covid and prescribed medication and explained them. Everyone was nice. Now I just have to get better from having Covid the first time. I think all my up to date Covid Vaccines have helped me so far and hopefully they will help make this less severe since I am in one of the high risk categories. I would recommend AFC in Torrington.
