Dr Dawson is the best. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and caring. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Woukd definitely recommend for urgent care and primary care.

I needed urgent care within the hour and barely took an hour to be seen also the staff was friendly and respectful I was assured I was ok. Definitely recommend.

I was so pleased with my visit and building a rapport with the staff. I would like her to be my PCP even! They were patient thorough and I’m so pleased and at ease of the relief I finally got. The resources and laughter shared,I’m thankful that I encountered this clinic. The steroid prescribed I feel like a breakthrough and that it will pass. I will do my due diligence of dr’s orders. Needed to have some labs drawn. Easy to schedule. Saw Dr. Pennington today. She is a lovely person and and wonderful and caring doctor. I would definitely recommend her.

Scheduling was very easy and staff were very nice. Went feeling well and they took great care of me. First time visiting here and would highly recommend!

Appointment was easy to make, but I still waited 1 hour to see a virtual provider. Then he wouldn't prescribe antibiotics for a sinus infection because I turned down the covid, strep, and flu test. I get 1-2 sinus infections every year and the tests were unnecessary. He said I would have to make another appointment to get antibiotics if the rx he prescribed don't help the symptoms. I guess they will get there money one way or another! Also, he said 3 Rx would be sent, but only 2 were. It's the next day, and I'm still waiting on a call back of the 3rdv has been sent yet. Will try a different urgent care next time.

An appointment was available within 45 minutes and it was easy to schedule.  Waited only 15 minutes (even though they said they were short staffed).  Was done with the appointment within 15 minutes. Everyone was friendly. Everything was clean.  Great place.  So much nicer than the big corporate urgent care centers in the area.   The co-pay is a little more but it is definitely worth it.

Nurses were friendly and very knowledgeable. Easy checkin and no long wait.

After receiving my results, I called Quest Lab Testing and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.
