We almost exclusively come here when the kids need to be seen same day. Our primary care is impossible to get into without a weeks notice. The place is impeccably clean, the staff is very friendly. Yes, you have to wait if you get there after 9. Yes, the doctors seem a little rushed, because they are busy all day long. We have BCN insurance and it’s accepted and the copay is reasonable. Normally the doctors won’t prescribe anything unless it’s actually necessary. I’ve had one time the doc prescribed even though my daughters strep test came back negative, and she had a slightly inflamed ear drum. I felt comfortable with the decision and am generally happy they don’t over prescribe for my kids. I would highly recommend this clinic and am surprised by the negative reviews. I’m appreciative of our health care workers and the staff.

This is my doctor for the last 24 years. She built and opened this urgent care years ago and ran it well, alone. She has decided to sell, and move to the new Sparrow (previously Hayes Green Beach Hospital in Charlotte, Mi). If you were not a regular patient of hers then you did not get a letter in the mail about it. See you there Dr!

I had cut my left thumb deeply enough that it needed a few stitches. All the staff that saw me were wonderful. Thank you Urgent Care, West Side.

Scheduled an appointment online. That was easy and quick. Waiting area was clean, receptionist was efficient. Nurse was friendly and personable. Dr was attentive, kind and patient. I felt heard and validated. He was able to diagnose and prescribe the needed meds. We have had nothing but great medical help at this location.
