This was my first visit and it was a pleasurable experience.

While I was initially hesitant to visit an urgent care facility - the location and "newness" of this office (plus, my need for quick answers) - prompted me to visit on 1/31/23. It was absolutely a pleasure. All staff members (Specifically, Dr. Dwaik and the triage nurse) were knowledgeable, kind and efficient. Since I often have a difficult time getting an appointment to see my longstanding family doctor due to short business hours and a packed schedule, I will gladly visit Family Urgent Care should the need arise. Thank you for putting me at ease and being so patient and attentive to my concerns!

They really go out of their way to make one's visit as pleasent as possible. They are kind, friendly and efficient. Thank you Concentra of Livonia staff!
