PA Lauren was great.

Brita and Caroline the PA were amazing! They were very efficient. I love how clean the facility was. I would recommend these two ladies and your urgent care to anyone. I work in the medical field and I was very impressed. The only thing I would recommend would be wheel chair accessible doors. There should be a push button for entrance and exit. Overall I give this place a 10 out of 10

Everybody was friendly, but 4 different medical personnel entered the room at various times and not one introduced themselves. Also, I didn’t receive discharge paperwork with my son’s diagnoses and new medications the provider prescribed. My son received an xray, per my request. I wanted to know if he had pneumonia. The provider never said if he did or not. She said “ he’s a little congested.” Nonetheless, I wouldn’t recommend this location.

They were very nice and assuring! They were velvet good listeners and paid attention to my needs.

In and out very fast and the staff was very nice and made me feel comfortable.

Staff was kind and doctor saw me within 10mins. Great office!

The receptionist and the PA on duty for the day were awesome. The check in process was effortless and I was seen very quickly. The attention to detail referenced my visit and the care provided. I am visiting relatives from out of state and was welcomed with a smile and staff resolved my issues quickly. Cleanliness of the facility, everything had its place and staff worked well together. Every thing was so so simple.. I got Online. Picked my time to come in. Showed up. Got in within arrival a few minutes later. They for a Saturday on a holiday (Thanksgiving) weekend were not busy at all. I came in at 3:41 pm was out by 4:00ish diagnosed and with prescription in hand. Yes , no having to then leave and use another place for pharmacy. Dr. Kayla was fantastic. Listening to everything I had to say. I would highly recommend her or any of the other providers at this location. Then Ann in the pharmacy was just as kind and took care of us promptly too. So I would recommend stopping in here anytime you have a matter that needs attention during the hours they're open and you can't get in to your own dr. Thanks everyone I see you again next time. Keep up the amazing job over there at Get Well Urgent in Madison Heights.

Friendly clean and efficient. Wait time was within reason.

Scheduling was pretty easy however the staff wasn’t welcoming. They talked to you like you were bothering them. So if you’re looking for a that you won’t find it here. Not even a smile in sight. The doctor was short and downplayed things. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Very professional and punctual. All staff was helpful and understanding. They actually called the next day to check in my son, which really meant a lot. We had a great experience and would highly recommend.

His was a very professional place. From the waiting room to the staff & the doctor it was all very nice. Would definitely recommend to all. No long wait either

This was my second visit to this location.  I was happy to have the online scheduling option and the screen in the waiting room showing I needed to check in.  The staff is VERY friendly, prompt and courteous.   I have recommended this office to others and have been told they were glad they went there.  Thank you for opening one in our neighborhood.

Everyone was very gracious and helpful. Staff was smiling and welcoming as well as professional. Extremely happy with the care I received.

They were super friendly. We had to go in for a blood draw and was very pleased with them. My niece has high anxiety and felt comfortable there as well.

Scheduling  appointment online was easy and very convenient.  Upon entering the clinic staff was friendly and made you feel welcome.   The doctor and nurse were very detail oriented and appreciate hothorough.  Kind and compassionate.  Patients have to trust the doctor and care and I felt like she listened to my concerns and were addressed.  Excellent experience.
