I have been coming in to see Lance for years. If I can’t see him I use Chris. But have seen Debbie or Jennifer. I have always respected their diagnosis and did what they said. Lance is my favorite because he knows my history and he diagnosed my thyroid disease first visit. And they are busy people and the time does get away from them, but when you are good you do have lots of patients that wanna see you. Patience’s is a virtue so sometimes you have to wait even with appointment. But it’s worth it if you have confidence in your Dr.

Excellent service. Dr Norris is an excellent diagnostician and extremely knowledgeable. He does not hide behind a nursing of administrative staff. Very hands on and its obvious he has 20 + years emergency room experience. This is absolutely a great place which provides quick excellent healthcare. I did not know walk in clinics existed any more. I went in not knowing what was wrong, but felt like I was dying. The hospital was slammed with people having the flu, but they got me in fast and checked me out. I ended up in ICU having surgery and on heavy IV antibiotics because I had a kidney infection that went septic. They released me 2 days before Christmas luckily, so I could be home with my 4 children. The care and beside manner was excellent. Thank you for saving my life and getting me back home with my children.
