Very disappointed with the care I got. Wait time was yover hour half. When I finally got called in they were nice to me. They took my vitals then covid and strep test. Waited for results which were negative. After that they didn't provide anything for my cough or sore throat. They really didn't do anything for me at all. It was a waste of time and money that I will be charged. I will reach out to my Dr tomorrow for help.

The experience was excellent from check in to check out loved the Doctor that saw my husband he was excellent spent time explaining everything

We did not get proper testing. Later on tested ourselves to find he has the flu. Called this am and this afternoon to see if they wanted to prescribe tamiflu and have not yet received a call back.

I did multiple covid test at this location (AFC Warrington) and all my experiences has been excellent. The staff is excellent, extremely professional. Now I start to recommend my friends and coworkers to this location. Thanks so much to the staff for all that you do.

The lady they have working there right now at the front desk is a very professional and good person.. that’s rare for urgent care. Make sure you keep her happy.

Made an appointment for 12;40 was called in after 2pm. I was not a walk in, maybe 2 people ahead of me so I could not understand the wait. Just to check in I waited on line for over 20 minutes while the person checking in was filling out her forms sitting at the check in desk!

I very recommend this urgent care. All staff were nice, friendly and efficient. Love it

I understand the wait time being long but the receptionist could not even give me an estimated wait time and that makes a big difference when you have a cranky baby. She also didn't know how to print me a detailed itemized receipt and asked me to call back tomorrow. The PA though was super super nice and helpful.

I did a walk-in visit with my son because he is sick. The receptionist Samintha was very nice and checked my son in with ease. The doctor that seen my son and made sure that everything is okay with him. Big thank you to the nurse that checked my son vitals and engaged with him positively to make sure he felt like he was top priority. I would Definitely recommend everyone to come to citylife on Springfield Ave because they treat you like family.

Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen

Have a sinus infection the levofloxacin seems to be helping I feel better after one dose The levofloxacin worked feel much better.

My son hurt his toe we needed an exray I scheduled an appointment and we went after school. The place was mobbed when we walked in we had to wait over an hour but when it was our turn we were greeted right away they took the exrays and we were on our way. The staff was very pleasant.

Courtney the PA was amazing. Addressed all of my concerns and was super pleasant. Appreciative of the entire staff.

I had not been prescribed the antibiotics I needed in two visits to Summit and, as a result, was suffering through day six, repeat six! of a horrible upper respiratory tract infection that had me bedridden and getting worse. You gave me a rx for amox and now 24 hrs later I am vastly improved up and about. Thank you! It is not a coincidence- it is not that a virus ran its course - I was getting worse not better until you've me the rx.

Easily made appointment in lune but waited 90 mins past scheduled visit to be seen. Once seen doctor very professional and answered all my concerns

This was my first time coming here and let me tell you that the staff there was truly amazing very nice. The place is very clean overall I LOVE IT will come back again.

My visit was a really good experience. I was attended to immediately upon arrival. The medical assistant was clear, focused, and asked all the correct questions. Dr. Santana reviewed my condition and prescribed medication. The service received was excellent!
