I dint get the help I was expecting Dr didn’t even took a look where I told hem I was feeling pain

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

The entire staff was great , what a great experience

It’s pointless to offer online appointments to make people wait for hours. I won’t be coming back

My appointment was great very respectful and Dr. Rocio was amazing and made me feel very comfortable. The girl in the front desk very sweet friendly respectful..

East appointment, seen, heard and tested. My test came positive for strep and I was surprised -and relieved. Very nice and got scripts. Will come back because of thoroughness and ease of outing

Very Kind and Professional staff. Vida , exceptional Provider. MaryAnn , Medical Assistant  was attentive and gentle in caring for Me . Eric greeted me at the front desk with a kind Personality and helped Me complete my signing in information. Highly Recommend , AFC, Denville.

I have been to this location many times over the past few years and my experiences have always been positive.  There is rarely a wait, it is always clean and the entire staff is great. I visited today and both Jackie and Alexa were extremely helpful.   Highly recommend this place.

1st time here was expecting to be here forever ! We were .in and out in less then 20 min!!! .the apt was for my sick 7 year old so it was amazing !! And it's 8 min from my house ! Takes all insurance which is awsome also!!

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

Made an appointment for 12;40 was called in after 2pm. I was not a walk in, maybe 2 people ahead of me so I could not understand the wait. Just to check in I waited on line for over 20 minutes while the person checking in was filling out her forms sitting at the check in desk!

Woke up with stuffy nose, booked an appointment and was in and out in 30 mins. Everyone was very kind and professional.

This is my second time visiting this facility and I have only good things to say about it. The staff is wonderful. I got the same doctor twice, which is very nice and she is awesome.

Me, my wife, and our three small children visited the Live Urgent Care in Bordentown today, all of us sick. We were all seen by the doctor in the same room. Excellent service, excellent bedside manner.

Overall experience went very well.  PA very friendly gentle and seemed experienced. Check in on line was convenient and saved time. Front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful.  Appreciate there are still remaining people working in the medical field who very much care and feel blessed to have their jobs.  Thank you will be recommending this facility and will return in need!
