Had a sinus infection and swollen tonsils.  I scheduled my appointment and I was seen fast. Staff was caring facility was very clean. The doctor was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. She prescribed me the right type of medication I needed for my illness and I am starting to feel a lot better.

Thank you for agreeing to monitor my hand infection while its being drained till it heals. She did a wonderful job packing the incision for me. She knew exactly what to do. Thank you again. I will see you weekly until it is cleared and healed.

Woke up with a back ache Sunday morning pass and I couldn't walk so I went to the clinic Tuesday morning and they really took care of me right away and I was so happy and I would recommend this clinic and doctor to anyone.

They told me it would be a 30 minute wait and nobody was in there and they didn’t call me in the room until 50 minutes later but still it was great

Had congestion symptoms for several days that were not lessening, but worsening. Was a walk-in at AM/PM. Was immediately attended to. Staff was polite. Facility was clean. Very professional and competent. Good alternative to the ER.

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

Checking in and scheduling was a breeze. Unfortunately this location is understaffed because it took the Dr almost 3 hours to see me. Once they were in the exam room with me they were very kind and helped me with my health issue.

Would certainly go back again for any emergency that might arise definitely recommend them

There was a 16 year old boy who was sitting in the waiting area with his arm bleeding. He had several tissues trying to contain the bleed and the rep at the front desk turned them away because they didn't have an id. That's a kid! Bleeding!! And was turned away. Compassion is one of the most important elements in health care and it was lacking. It wasn't the provider who turned him away it was the receptionist. Otherwise my visit was ok, I think my provider was Torres, she was great. But I couldn't stop thinking about the kid.

Had been experiencing jaw pain for a few days and I knew I wouldn’t be able to see my dentist until at least Monday. I was hesitant to go urgent care on a Saturday, I assumed I’d be waiting forever and for jaw pain, they wouldn’t be able to do much. But actually, I reserved a spot online and they took me right away. The medical assistant and doctor were so nice, helped me as best as they could, and sent me home with a prescription that eased the pain tremendously the next day. I’d never been to this location before but I’m glad I made the trip and the next time I need to go to urgent care, I’ll be going here. Thank you everyone at AFC Piscataway !

Congestion and a nasty cough.   It was very easy to schedule the appointment on line.  Once the the facility it was a smooth transition from start to finish.  The nurse was very attentive and thorough.  The doctor as well was very thorough and asked questions and listened to my questions as well.  I would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.
