Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

Do not honor scheduling time Took walk in before me even though I was there at my appointment time

Love the availability of this urgent care, your staff is always friendly and to the point, asks thorough questions, answers any questions I might have. My favorite urgent care in the area :-)

Was able to book an appointment in the middle of the night for first thing in the morning, for a painful infection. I got right in and was seen very quickly. Would highly recommend.

I spent the Thanksgiving holiday coughing my way through dinner and promised my daughter I would get care right afterwards. AFC Urgent Care is easier and quicker than seeing my PCP.  I was early and expected to wait, but they took me right in. The medical assistant took my vitals and the physician came in soon afterwards. She was very friendly and thorough, and answered my questions about possible drug interactions. I was out and in my car about ten minutes after my scheduled  appointment time.

Nurse Practitioner and her assistant were courteous and paid attention to my symptoms. I have been at the New Rochelle urgent care before and satisfied enough for a return visit.
